Community Intelligence works in four broad domains: 1) community oriented research and policy/program evaluation; 2) strategic planning and organizational development; 3) technical assistance, training and education; and, 4) multicultural engagement and consultation.

 

1) Strategic Planning and Organizational Development

Our organizational development and strategic planning services are designed to help your organization to define key strategies and facilitate the development and implementation of short-term, mid-range and long-term goals and objectives.  Services in this domain include: strategic thought and planning, organizational development; integrated healthcare solution models; grant writing; logic model development; program planning; coalition building and fostering and maintaining stakeholder engagement.

 

2) Community Oriented Research and Evaluation

Our research and policy/program evaluation services help organizations implement and systematically evaluate the collective impact of their initiatives, particularly their effectiveness and efficiency to understand how and why particular results were achieved.  Services in this domain include: asset mapping and needs assessment; cost-benefit, cost-effectiveness, comparative effectiveness and decision analysis; focus groups, key informant interviews and survey research; health impact assessment; literature reviews, internet searches and meta-analysis; mixed-treatment comparisons; policy analysis; qualitative and quantitative data analysis and interpretation; and social policy analysis.

 

3) Technical Assistance, Training and Education

We provide specialized technical assistance, training and education services that are designed to help your organization operate more effectively. Services in this domain include help with one day events like: meeting facilitation; media advocacy trainings; workshops presenting work in scientific forums; project management training; and/or staff training.

 

4) Multicultural Engagement Consulting

We offer full-service quantitative and qualitative research with Latino, Asian and African American populations. Services in this domain include: focus groups; key informant interviews; surveys; literature reviews; community engagement and facilitation; health equity/disparities research; and/or cultural competency training.
